Went for a short getaway to Kuala Lumpur with my family, while the city was not very exciting and the traffic was chaos, i really enjoyed spending time with my parents and i guess the highlight of the trip was really getting to be with my them. The bus 6 hour bus ride, although a huge turn off for the three of us, i did enjoy the scenic views of the rural villages, vast palm tree plantations, mountainous regions and rare sightings of cows atop of green hills munching away the late afternoon.
Other than the lousy traffic systems and messy layout of the city, the food was cheap and rather good i must say. More to come soon!
